Welcome to my world of photography.
My name is Dmytro Maiatskiy and I'm a photographer from Ukraine, now living in Dresden and working all over Europe.
I travel to capture the love stories of weddings, couples and families. I have a deep passion for finding and showing the beauty in simple, honest moments.
In photography I value aesthetics, uniqueness, and the authenticity of the moment.
20 years of experience allow me to achieve results quickly and with ease. Yet I still love photography endlessly and keep growing in this field. I know that the result always depends on everyone involved in the shoot and on good preparation.
My approach to photography:
Photography is not just a profession for me — it's a way to capture life's most precious moments. I focus on creating timeless images that reflect the true essence of the people in front of my camera. Whether it's a wedding, a family gathering or a simple portrait, I aim to tell a story through my lens.
My style is a blend of natural light, candid moments and carefully composed shots. I do my best to make every session relaxed and enjoyable, so the final images feel both beautiful and genuine.

- In my work, I first of all create a sense of calm and trust for the couple. For me it's not just about taking beautiful photos, but about being there in the important moments — helping, supporting and guiding when it's needed, while giving space for feelings and events to unfold naturally. I pay close attention to people and to details, so every story stays alive and authentic.
- My main goal is to capture real emotions as they happen, without forced posing. In that sense I'm more like a hunter for genuine moments. My aim is to tell the story of your day in a way that lets you return to it and relive it again and again.
- In my photographs I combine aesthetics with the authenticity of real moments. I mostly work with natural daylight and love to experiment, and some trends in photography truly resonate with me. But my core value is creating timeless images — classic, with natural colours and real emotions, where sincerity and simplicity come first.
